All sales are final
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled.
· No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen ticket.
· Customers are advised to heck their purchase upon receipt.
· It is the responsibility of the custome to inform Blue Star of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.
The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion.
Most of our events Blue Star is not the seller of merchandise. We are strictly the promoter of the event. Any and all warranties must be performed by the independent seller the merchandise was purchased from. When purchasing items from our events ALWAYS make sure to get a receipt that has the sellers name, address and phone. If Blue Star is selling merchandise at one of our events, most warranties are handled directly with the manufacture. Please call us for help contacting the manufacture.
We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law.
